I will not be able to pay the admission confirmation fee on time. Can I defer the payment?
A
Payment deferral may be considered by the University if you can provide justifiable reason(s), with relevant supporting documents. If necessary, please write to the EIC Admission (via eic@cmkl.ac.th) together with the supporting document(s) at least one week prior to the payment due date. Please quote your full name for easy references. Late application may result in the cancellation of the admission offer.

Can I get any refund of the paid admission confirmation fee?

No. All fees paid are non-refundable.

How can I withdraw the accepted offer?
A
Please write to the EIC Admission (via eic@cmkl.ac.th) of your decision. Please quote your full name and application number for easy references.

How to Get a Confirmation of Online Payment?
A
After you have settled the admission confirmation fee, it normally takes up to one week for the University to confirm your fees and email the receipt back to you. If there is any problem with your payment, we shall contact you by email directly.

I will not be able to complete/submit the required documents on time.What should I do?
A
Applications are reviewed after all required materials have been received. Please contact the EIC Admission (via eic@cmkl.ac.th) if you are expected to submit your application after the published deadline. Late application may result in the cancellation of the admission offer.

Are there any admission interviews required?
A
After you have submitted your application, we may ask for an on-site or online interview. In which case you will be given further instructions.

What questions will be asked?
A
Interviewers are interested in learning more about the backgrounds, interests, and motivations of each student. Your interview is not a test and certainly is not designed to make you feel uncomfortable. The discussion will focus on you, so be prepared to talk about yourself!

Who conducts EIC admission interviews?
A
Our interviews are conducted by admission officers and EIC faculty.

What is the turnaround time for the interview?
A
We process interviews within 10 business days. The interview result will be announced as soon as the process is completed.

How do I pay the application fee if I am not in Thailand?
A
Applicants outside of Thailand may remit the payment of the non-refundable application fee using the following wire transfer details:
